Each champion from the various divisions in Taiwan will be qualified for the Taiwan Annual Top 16 competition. Additionally, the top ten competitors in the annual total points standings from the six stations will also advance to the Taiwan Annual Top 16 competition. If there is a player with more than one champion from stations, the second place will be filled in the Top 16. In the event of ties, advancement to the final Top 16 competition will be determined based on the highest average score per game.

The top performer in Taiwan receives 100,000 NTD for the first place, 50,000 NTD for the second place, and 20,000 NTD for the third place.

(1) The format of the Taiwan six-stage preliminary rounds is primarily based on a 256-team draw.
(2) The toss of a coin by the referee determines the order of attack and defense.
(3) The match duration is five minutes without a running clock (except for injuries, which allow temporary suspension with a 2-minute treatment time).
(4) Overtime is decided by a coin toss to determine the initial attacking order, with the first overtime lasting 2 minutes. Subsequent overtimes are 1 minute each until a winner is determined.
(5) Points are scored as two-pointers and three-pointers, with possession changing after each successful shot.
(6) Each change of possession begins from the serving area (any position outside the three-point line). The attacking player must have one foot outside the three-point line before starting an offense.
(7) After a dead ball, the game ball must be put into play by the referee, including ball possession changes. After the serve, the game proceeds directly without ball cleaning.
(8) The single offensive possession time is 14 seconds (violation results in possession change).
(9) The 14-second count begins when the offensive player receives the ball in the serving area. If the defensive player intercepts or rebounds the ball, the time resets to 14 seconds when the offensive player contacts the ground outside the three-point line. Failure to do so results in a violation. Deliberate time-wasting or passive offense may lead to disqualification, as determined by the referee.
(10) Accumulating 5 fouls results in disqualification, regardless of the score.
(11) One technical foul results in disqualification, regardless of the score.
(12) Regular game foul counts accumulate into overtime.
(13) If fouled during a shooting motion, the ball is not awarded if the shot misses. If the shot is successful, the attacking team gains 1 point (without free throws), and possession changes.
(14) If one team attains an 11-0 lead, the game ends prematurely (13-2 does not trigger a premature ending).
(15) The game uses the international standard basketball, Size 7.
(16) In case of any rule disputes, the on-site referee's decision is final, and no objections are allowed.
